Mr. Hare is an attorney of Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Scott, LLP. He practices in the areas of US and international trust planning, estate planning, and probate law. Mr. Hare is a dual-qualified lawyer and is both a Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practicing) and a Texas attorney. Mr. Hare’s practice includes trust and estate planning, administering complex estates, assisting with trust modifications, advising on the formation and management of private foundations, and creating and administering closely-held business entities. This work includes supporting the firm’s litigators in contentious matters relating to trusts and estates. Mr. Hare also assists in the representation of the firm’s cross-border clients, advising on tax, compliance, multi-jurisdictional probate, and asset protection issues.
