Mr. Rogers is an associate of Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Scott, LLP.  He practices primarily in estate planning and probate law, including advising clients with regards to wills, disability planning documents, family entities, management trusts, and probate procedures.  He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries concerning the administration of trusts and estates, including the management and marshalling of potentially complicated assets such as minerals, closely held businesses, and tax-advantaged retirement accounts.  Mr. Rogers counsels clients regarding the income tax and estate and gift tax effects of their estate planning, often working closely with clients' established CPAs and wealth management professionals, to establish tax preferred wealth management and estate plans.
