Ms. Sabol is an associate of Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Scott, LLP.  She practices primarily in the area of estate planning and probate law.  Her practice includes representing clients in connection with probate procedures, trust and estate administration, and trust modifications.  Ms. Sabol also focuses on charitable giving strategies and the formation of private foundations.  Her estate planning practice centers on the tax-efficient implementation of her clients' estate plans, with a particular emphasis on the needs of those with complicated financial holdings or family situations.  Ms. Sabol also assists her clients in planning for disability and helping guardians administer guardianships for their incapacitated family members.  Prior to law school, Ms. Sabol was a practicing CPA with experience in public and corporate tax accounting, with a particular emphasis on pass-through taxation of closely-held entities and international tax reporting and compliance.
